We were very saddened to hear of Clive’s passing. He was truly one of life’s rare characters. Clive was incredibly generous with his time and played a meaningful role in guiding us as we built TRW. His honesty, directness, and no-nonsense approach were inspiring, and we will always be grateful for his support and wisdom. We never ended a phone call or left a meeting with him without sharing a laugh about something or another. He had a way of bringing humour into every conversation, and that’s something we will always remember fondly. Our thoughts are with the entire Ponder family during this difficult time. RIP Clive – it truly was a privilege to know you. XX
